About Us

In our family the passion for the care and the olive harvest began with grandfather Alfonso in the 50s, who with his full dedication to the fields and love for his land managed to convey the importance of simple and genuine things.

Even today we harvest the green olives and turn them into oil in a few hours after harvesting, cold-working them in the oil mill of our country: Villafranca Sicula in the province of Agrigento.

Ours is a family in step with the times and at the same time very firm and rooted in the traditions of the past. The climate, the land, the land and the olives of the best indigenous varieties, cultivated with dedication, are the ingredients that affirm the organic olive oil and the Sicilian extra virgin olive oil all over the world, recognizing it as an excellence, thanks to its lightness and little acidity.
