Tastàri Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from our olive groves following the organic cultivation method respecting the territory and the environment in which they live.


The Tastàri Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained only and exclusively from olives harvested at the right degree of ripeness and solely by mechanical procedures, as required by the EC Reg. 1019-2002. It is obtained by pressing the olives alone and no chemical additives are added to it, which can happen in some seed oils. Furthermore, neither Talc mineral adjuvant nor chemical enzymes (elements that are used to improve yields) are ever used in the land of the olive groves from which Tastàri organic oil is obtained.


We take great care of our land guaranteeing the total absence of the use of pesticides and herbicides, and any other product that contains chemical composition.

What happens after the harvest of the olives "grown" in our organic land?

The organic olives harvested are immediately transported to the "Madonna del Mirto" oil mill in Villafranca Sicula, our only transformer of the olives in Tastàri organic extra virgin olive oil.


The Tastàri organic extra virgin olive oil thus obtained is sent from Villafranca Sicula (AG) directly to our customers' homes.


In other words, and for us this is what guarantees you the very high quality of our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, once obtained from the transformation that took place with cold pressing within 8 hours of collection, it is inserted into the cans, sealed, labeled. and ship directly to your home.


Please note our advice: make sure you are receiving our Tastàri Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil upon arrival at your home by directly checking the label which must be composed with the "Tastàri operator code: IT BIO 007 R34E".


This is because, in addition to guaranteeing you that you are purchasing our high quality Tastàri Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we guarantee you the provisions of current legislation in terms of "organic supply chain". From the care of our land, through the transformation of the olives up to the arrival of the product directly at your home, we are obliged to guarantee that everything has been carried out according to the provisions of the current organic regulations.

We also inform you that our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tastàri is periodically subjected to inspections by the Control Body and by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies - MIPAAF.


The Tastàri Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil thus obtained is stored in special hermetically sealed stainless steel containers subjected to laboratory analysis by the Control Body and by MIPAAF which certifies its veracity and safety.

The olives used / harvested come from organic land

Tastàri Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is free from pesticides, pesticides, additives, lead, preservatives, dyes. It is a 100% natural organic oil.
