Tastàri guarantees the delivery of the ordered goods within 7 working days throughout the Italian territory.
However, during the Christmas period, deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions occurring in Italy.
The goods are prepared from the moment the payment made by our customers is verified.
To our customers, once the goods are delivered to the courier, an email is sent by our Customer Assistance service containing the tracking code of their package. This allows our customers to 'follow' the package on its way before arriving at their home.
Before the goods are delivered to the carrier, Tastàri carries out the appropriate checks on the integrity of the package being delivered and that it has been prepared in the best possible conditions for the satisfaction of our customers.
Should the package delivered to our customers be altered, tampered with or damaged, our customers are asked to immediately send, upon delivery, photos / videos of the damaged goods received via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or via whatsapp to the mobile number of "Tastàri Bìo" (+39) 371 42 64 454.
This will help the Customer Assistance staff to analyze your package and ask for compensation from the courier.
If the package request delivered damaged, altered or tampered with arrives without multimedia material, as the only element to verify your request on our side, the checks will take longer and, in these cases, Tastàri will not be able to guarantee the return of the goods already sent to our customer.
Tastàri will always endeavor to reach an agreement with our Customers so that they can remain satisfied with the treatment we reserve if unpleasant cases such as the delivery of damaged goods should occur.
